Claremore just had a ham fest a week ago. They have several active builders and hams . It is also close to Tulsa and Pryor , so I am sure it shouldn't be too difficult to find someone. The 4SQRP group that sponsors Ozarkcon has members in the Claremore area also. If he can get on the 147.06 or 147.36 repeaters they are in his area and he should be able to find help.
I live about 40 miles away , but I also have vision issues and some tremors in my hands , that likely wouldn't bother me on something that size .
If he doesn't locate someone if he will let me know , I will contact some clubs in his area that are closer to him than I am .
