Years ago, I restored a Henry 2KD-2 that was in tough shape.  It had meters of the type you describe.  On the black plastic part of the front of the meter case was the lower case, Greek letter rho.  I did some research and, as I recall, that was the brand name of the vendor for the meters on the amplifier.  I was able to repair the one meter that had a sticky movement.  If I had not been able to, I would have commenced a search for Rho brand panel meters.  I hope you are able to find one.  Also, search for Henry Radio amplifier parts units.
