[Boatanchors] HP-606 tube failure

I see that all the time when powering up audio amps that have 12AX7s.
I tried to limit the filament current but nothing ever worked and the
12AX7s always seemed to be fine so I quit worrying about it.
But in my case, the filaments didn't stay bright.
