[Boatanchors] Unknown Spin Knob

The solid metal knob was an added cost option for the Collins KWM-2- series, 75S- series, and 32S- series, units.  The units came with hollow plastic knobs but the weighted knobs were available for an added cost.  The tuning is much smoother on the units with the weighted knob.
