[Boatanchors] Harris RF-601 antenna coupler

All: I have a Harris RF-601 antenna coupler I am trying to repair.  One of
the boards in the control unit (Board A5, the speed control) is missing.  I
am either going to have to locate one or fabricate my own.

1. Does anyone out there have the correct board (in non-working condition is
fine) that would be willing to sell it?

2. If you have the RF-601, would you be willing to open the control unit,
pull the board, and shoot pictures of the etched side(s)?  I think it's a
single-sided board, but I am not sure.  If I have to fabricate it from
scratch I'd really like to avoid having to start completely blank.
