[Boatanchors] SB-303

Common problem on Heath rigs with that dial.  If you get suggestions, I'd like to hear too.  My 401 is doing it.

I Just bought a nice 303 and after a quick alignment all works well except
the cursor control slips  and occasionally the VFO dial apparently rubs up
against the cursor dial and moves the cursor.
Any thoughts on this other than a complete front panel disassembly?
