[Boatanchors] OT: Seller's Beware: What the eBay "Guarantee" really means

I used to maintain a USA bank account with a well known institution just
for accepting payments from USA and payments to USA sellers.
These days, there are so many other reliable (and faster to clear) methods
that I closed it.
I usually ask what the seller prefers, but I will NOT send actual cash
through the mail.
