[Boatanchors] Shipping damage

It is a well known fact that it still costs only 3-cents to mail a letter.  The remaining cost is for storage charges!  A Post Office clerk told me that when the price goes up, the Post Office adds another layer of management!

Probably a typo on your part; effective Jan 27 the first class postage for a 1 ounce letter goes from the current 50 cents to 55 cents, with each additional ounce dropping from 21 to 15 cents. Another present from the USPS to us!
