You just need one fuse, one in series on the hot side (not neutral)
which should be going to the power switch. A fuse will work anywhere
on the transformer primary circuit but nowadays the thinking is that
if it blows on the hot side the rig won't be live. Of course we hams
would unplug it anyway before getting into it but that's the standard
practice now. I doubt if you'll find a fuse with a 125 v.
specification. They all seem to be 250 v. now, but it doesn't matter
with fuses anyway. Let's assume the rig is 50% efficient for both RF
and audio. Fully modulated it will probably draw around 4A. I'd just
use a 4 or 5A 250 v. fuse and call it a day.
