Free to a good home:  Knight-kit G-30 hand held grid dip meter.  Been around the block a good bit.  Meter is fine, plastic cover needs cleaning and polishing.  Body is okay, needs cleaning.  Rotating frequency dial is fine.  Only the UHF sensor is present.

If you're bouncing a tennis ball off the wall by your test bench because you have everything finished:  here's a challenge.  You might find it fun to see if you could roll your own coil set for this grid dip meter.  They all used 1/2" to 5/8" plastic forms about 3 in long with the two FT-243 size prongs to plug it in the meter.  The coil socket itself is an FT-243 crystal socket so technically accessible.  Unit, according to the BAMA manual, covers 1.5 to 300 mc (AKA mHZ).
