People disagree and that’s fine, but to clean mouse mess, I’ve had the best luck with mild soap and ammonia.  The ammonia cuts the dried urine when nothing else will.  Remove the meters and anything else water will destroy.  Give it a good soaking with the cleaner.  Once it’s soaked in,  wash it out with the hose.  Let it dry completely.  I’ve even taken similar sets (including an ATB transmitter and two BC-669s full of mouse mess) to the car wash (low pressure rinse only- don’t press the trigger) and all those rigs are working today.
