[Boatanchors] ARRL?

[SGS 126]

​I grew up listing to shortwave and my first station was a 75A-2 and
DX-40.  I used to listen to all of the SW broadcasters and all of those
countries seemed like they were on another planet.  Things change and
that's all gone.  My choice has been to buy an Elecraft KX-3 and work some
CW, some nets and it really got me back into the hobby.  I think Amateur
radio still has a place and it's probably just as exciting to someone just
getting into it as it was for me when I put together my first Knight
Kit radio. Just remember nostalgia is actually a sickness.
