It is NOT what the Postal Employees have told me.  As with frequent with government employees, knowledge of all the myriad rules is sketchy at best.

Thank you, Mac, but I asked at the Post Office (and showed them a copy of CQ) and asked if I can use media mail. His answer was, sure, it’s a periodical.
