That's true, which is why I pull them all out and replace.  But
there's a convoluted New York parking regulation sort of way of
identifying the paper ones, involving knowing and identifying around 3
different dot codes.   If you have a baseball statistics kind of
memory then you may be able to do it.  I don't, so they all come out
and into the trash.  Besides, the micas may be leaking too.
