[Boatanchors] [Glowbugs] ARRL level of construction articles

One of the local clubs held a session on SDR two or three years ago -
massive turnout !

Covered a lot of the software modules available , what they do, how to
interconnect them using a "block diagram" type approach and real time
processing to make radios and have them do certain things.

Course fee included a dongle and very small antenna - you supplied your own
laptop (a few were available for loan) - lasted several weeks for a few
hours (three hours or so) each Saturday morning.

Sure could use a refresher at this point, though...
