[Boatanchors] HP-606 mechanical help

There is probably a more directed list, glad of any recommendations for
alternate postings.

My HP-606 bandchange switch is stuck. Not frozen - I can move somewhat
in either direction, but cannot effect a complete band change.

I think I was on the highest frequency range and accidentally attempted to
move to a higher band.

I have the unit extracted from the outer case but haven't removed the cover
over most of the RF generation circuitry (and the wheels that are turned by
the front panel knobs to select different LC etc per band).

This unit is a real treasure and I use it for everything. Very glad of any
suggestions
for getting it working again.
