[Boatanchors] QST Resizing

Another year and more ARRL P&M.

If one is a yearly member or a life member, you have several choices for
distribution of the monthly journal (paper, digitial, or both). If you
find little to no value in the monthly journal, go to the ARRL web site,
log in, and change the distribution to just digital. Now you have the
option of looking though it monthly or not; not having to throw it in the
trash/recycling, and save a few trees. Being a member of an organization
and judging its value by its monthly journal/magazine is silly.

QST has changed its size, content, number of pages, etc. a number of
times over the last 100 years.
