The voltage that we might see *across* that resistor depends entirely on
the current through it. Not very much with that small inductor *across*
it. The parasitic suppressor is not across the output but is in series.
The only way to determine the voltage across it to know the current
through it. Not much. As somebody pointed out...those tiny resistors do
not vaporize.
