Digikey still have a lot of CC resistors (Ohmite, Stackpole) in stock.
For seeing more than 350V ACROSS parasitic chokes, I do not believe this can
happen...
Beware of the E-Bxx vendors: "NOS" CC resistors goes bad with time because
the binder absorbs ambient humidity and their value inevitably rise.
The Allen-Bradleys were better than the other brands, but even those....

Digging into a Viking Adventurer here and found many of the carbon comp
resistors high by 30-300%. As I look at ordering replacements it seems
standard voltage ratings for these things are only 350V, at least for the
1/2 W jobs. But 1/2 W is all that will fit inside the parasitic chokes on
the 807 plate and grid where I believe they will see lots more than 350V.
Thoughts? Sources?
