Use the Ohmmite OX or OY (different wattages) ceramic resistors from Mouser.
They work great and will not change value.

Digging into a Viking Adventurer here and found many of the carbon comp
resistors high by 30-300%.  As I look at ordering replacements it seems
standard voltage ratings for these things are only 350V, at least for the
1/2 W jobs.  But 1/2 W is all that will fit inside the parasitic chokes on
the 807 plate and grid where I believe they will see lots more than 350V.
Thoughts?  Sources?
