[Boatanchors] Letter Q

As a coincidence, just this morning I telephoned a client (Girl Guides of
Canada) in Toronto (I'm in Ottawa) and when I was prompted to use the
"search internal directory" (I had the wrong extension number) was directed
to use 7 for Q and 9 for Z.

So - the situation is still out there.

Haven't checked bank machines lately (no money...)
