[Boatanchors] Letter Q

Two letters were traditionally missing from the phone dial and keypads - Q
and Z .

Same with the keypads on bank machines ("instant tellers")

Even to this day, I sometimes hear voice instructions that say "for Q press
seven for Z press 9"

The Mitel 5330e on my desk has 4 characters for 7 and 4 characters for 9
