[Boatanchors] Banana Plug Question

I missed copying the list on this:

While nobody was watching, a whole family of banana-plug'ish connectors 
has sprung up to support high-current battery packs.

I was almost ready to assure you that all normal banana jacks are 4mm 
(5/32") I.D. except for some rarely-seen really-small ones, about 2mm.

But I just stumbled onto this:

It shows 2, 3.5, 4, 5, 5.5, 6.5 and 8 mm jacks.  These are described a 
"bullet connectors."  However, don't see any 3.5mm units with plastic 
handles like real banana plugs on E-bay.

That said, I do sometimes find myself pulling out my Swiss Army knife to 
bend up the middle of the springs on 4 mm plugs to tighten things up.
