    (After a discussion with a friend.)
  Two "golden rules" for Homebrew and Mil-radio transmitters:
1.  A well-regulated 500v beats the heck out of a poorly regulated 1000 volts. A signal that is 3 DB louder, but chirps and drifts, is no advantage.

2.  A well-regulated A+ buss is every bit as important as a well-regulated B+ buss.
