The stacked yagis for FM do work very well. I don't operate on FM that much anymore. But, when I do, it is easy to "hit" repeaters at least 150-miles away on a regular basis and, often, even farther out. They are fed with 1/2-inch Heliax as are the other antennas except for the 432 MHz yagi which is fed with 7/8ths inch Heliax and my phased verticals that are fed with RG213/U for several physical reasons.
