If we merge and make them the "entry level" place,
we can gently move them toward better operating.
Unfortunately, there will be some "unusual" 
personalities.  If we're going to save the hobby
from oblivion, some things kinda "come with the territory."
We will survive the "unfortunate" ones.
We can't survive without the "good" ones.
