How about just putting everything into one lot and then advertise it on a
number of venues (i.e. ham radio forums, eBay, etc)  'as is, where is' and
put an ending date on it. On the ending date, take all responses and have
them get rid of it - one lot all gone. They should make sure they get one
good bid.  What I don't think they want to even consider is trying to make
a list, find out values, sell them separately or (horrors of horrors) do
any shipping. Just make a good faith effort and get 'er done.
