Greetings To All,
The USS Wisconsin Radio Club has a extra TCS receiver black  (TCS14) to donate to any of the ship museums.....you pay shipping and packing cost only. The rig weights about 30 lbs. It can be repaired or use for spare parts. No major rust or dents, all knobs, tubes and case. The dial needs to have a new overlay.
