I have a mystery 5-pin plug-in transmitting coil that has me a bit puzzled. Number stamped on the bottom of the ceramic 5-pin base is 3207. It has 10 turns at 8 TPI, 1 3/8" diameter with a 3 turn end link of 1 5/8" diameter. I suspect it is for 40 meters and MAY be USABLE for 40 meters in a Gonset Commander transmitter. It is a bit smaller in diameter than a stock Commander 80/75/40 meter coil and has 15 turns at 8 TPI and diameter of 1 5/8".
Anybody with a better guess for this coil?
