[Boatanchors] OT: 10M is open tonight

I may be wrong, but I think there was a propagation discussion on this 
list earlier today/yesterday (unless I have the wrong list ;-)

Anywhoo, 10M is open from the Left Coast to "down under" this evening. 
It used to be routine for KO6BB/B to make it into Australia and New 
Zealand (and very often in Hawaii) as well as coast to coast in the US. 
That's not the case at this sunspot low, but it made it "down Under" for 
several spots this evening!  Frequency 28.290MCs. . .
