[Boatanchors] Band Conditions

Hi Ray,

That 11 year cycle affects all the bands one way or other even if it 
doesn't shut all of them down. There are other cycle period associated 
with the sun too. 21 and/or 27 years rings a bell. That is in additional 
to other , seemingly random events of varying duration. Like you, I am 
not selling my radios yet.
