[Boatanchors] Somewhat off topic regarding Boatanchor video

I recently received a batch of video files from the wife of a SK.  It is mostly working on or playing Boatanchors.  There is a lot of worthless video between segments of good material.

I have processed the videos to get them all as MP4s of the same resolution.  I have joined some segments.

Now the challenge is to find a good simple video editor to cut out the trash.

The question: Does anyone have a recommendation regarding a good editor to remove the trash and create segments of good material?

I am using a very powerful Windows PC with Windows 10.1.
