It took me all of about 15 secnds to look up the LAT / LON and convert to minutes and seconds.
They even provide the link. It's DEAD EASY!

they want your location in degrees minutes and seconds +- latitude
longitude. I applied because a friend asked me to (I don't really
give a flip about "lofer" bands) but when I got to that I blew it off.
You can't just give your location as a street address so the heck with
it. This is probably what the power industry wants. I imagine in
Fla. those frequencies are all QRN all the time anyway.
