I have the 6M-3SS. Lightweight and easy to put up. Has withstood several
harsh New England winters even though it is lightweight. They do sell
heftier models.

Subject: [Heathkit] WTB - 6 Meter 3 El Beam

Gang,

My Hi-Par 3 Element Beam finally passed away after many repairs and several
rebuilds over 30 years of loyal service!

I wish Hi-Par were still in business! I think they were in Fitchburg MA?

I'm sure it will go to antenna heaven.

I worked the East Coast on AM back in the late 70's early 80's with the
Hi-Par and my trusty heavily "hacked" Heath Sixer.

Now I need YOUR recommendations for a replacement.

MFJ, HyGain, CushCraft??? or might someone have one to sell?

I completely forgot about it and didn't even think about buying one at
HAMVENTION...

Tnx es 73 de Howie WA3MCK

PS...
Now on PA Turnpike traveling east towards home. On break at rest stop.
