Mr Garcia "The Scope Man" is a gentleman and a scholar.
He is a good, decent, and honest man.
I purchased my Tektronix scope from him years ago. It functions perfectly
to this day.
The quality of his work is beyond reproach.
His prices for scopes and repair fees are VERY fair.
I'll purchase An oscilloscope from Mr. Garcia sight unseen.
If everyone conducted business as he does the world would indeed be a
better place!
