you'll get a zillion different answers.  Go with a D104 crystal
element and put a 10 meg resistor on the grid of the input triode and
you'll be okay.  Crystal elements need high Z and 10 meg will give you
the full frequency response of the element which is a 20 dB rise from
100 cps up to 3 kc and a 20 dB roll off from 3 kc to 5 kc.  You can't
beat the D-Wonderful when it's got a 10 meg load.
