We knew a guy who could call cows with one of those CB PAs under the hood of a Caddy. He would moo at them. They would come right over! Oh, he was a Doctor of Jurisprudence in DC.

That reminds me I have a Hallicrafters CB like the one I Had in my 64
Chevelle Malibu SS when I was a kid.. I think it was 9 chan. now you are
inspiring me to dig it out. It was handy... had a PA position and I
have a good PA Horn Under the hood - - Memories.... The Screamin' Yellow
Zonkers -- rides again!

Are there even any CB Lic regs any more?

Ed!

Hi,

I better hurry and get my order in with them!

I have 23 channel citizens band (11 meter AM) transceiver mad by
International Crystal. I was thinking of letting it go maybe now I will
just keep it around and put it on the air. The licensing requirements CB
are very relaxed <evil grin>.

I would love a couple good links to catalogs showing the other
products.

Very sad to hear this.... another thing you thought would be around
forever now going away...

Rocks are still used a lot in applications and ICM made them but I bet
they can't compete by price with off-shore.
