[Boatanchors] Int'l Crystal Closing their doors in May

I, as well as many others, will miss their service providing affordable quartz crystals and oscillators as well as their low cost kits including OX-HI and LO oscillators and the line of AOC (add on circuit) modules and assemblies. I used several of the OX kits this year.

Another valued resource is history, and will be missed,
