Pretty excited about this. I have new capacitors and balancing Resistors on the way. I will let you know how it works out. If that doesn't fix it I'm going to let the oscillator for a run and just keep the 807s.

Bry, you can sereis two 350 working volts caps of twice the capacitance as the original.  The series connection ups the working voltage, and reduces the capacitance but it will come out the value of the original when you do that. (See ARRL Handbook).
