[Boatanchors] BC-453A tuning knob

I used a method done by Phil Salas AD5X. Uses a brass pluming fitting, a
small length of plastic tubing and a small length of 1/4 " rod. Allows
you to not have to damage or modify the radio. A quick Goggle search for
" Making a Tunning Knob for a ARC-5 Receiver " found it. Also a nice
write up on doing work on the ARC-5's.
