is the chassis blank or populated?  If it has not yet been used,
getting it powder coated or painting it yourself will make mounting
parts and using the chassis for ground a pain in the drain because
you'll have to scrape away the powder coating at every point.  It can
be done but it's just another nuisance.

I guess my solution would be to get and run a dehumidifier and/or A/C.
