[Boatanchors] Raspberry Pi

Hi Gene,
-cough- There are some lists and groups for the raspberry pi. Most of
them are about winking and blinking lights and some more serious
non-radio stuff. They could be helpful in learning how to program and
use the 'pi'.
May I suggest the QRP-L list at:
http://mailman.qth.net/mailman/listinfo/qrp-l
or the qrp-tech list on yahoo groups
and the four states qrp club group
4sqrp on the yahoo groups site
I use computers and computer sound card based DSP and SDR software with
my boatanchors. They offer an amazing performance boost when wanted and
when unwanted just turn them off. The radios are all unmodified. This
query is not really so badly off topic. Good luck with your pi's. I have
found the original pi on the lean side for resources but the newer
models (more money) are reportedly up for most anything you would want
them for.
