I agree. But I would not be looking for old school resistors.
I have been using eBay Item:

With a copper heat spreader- they barely get warm and good well into the UHF
region.
Or:

With an aluminum heat sink. Almost free.

If it were 1500 watts I might take the trouble but I agree it isn't worth it
for 150 w.  You can sometimes find old Carborundum 200 w. 50 ohm resistors
at hamfests or four 200 watt 200 ohm resistors you can strap together for a
lot less.
