[Boatanchors] Bird Termaline Question - Update (long)

So maybe it can still be used as a 70 - 75 ohms dummy load?
Or would the value change too much as the unit is in use and heats up?
Any chance of using mineral oil (from pharmacy) as was used in many of the
Heath Cantennas?
