Hi Bob and all, I already found your very excellent video ! When W4MIL and I were talking Duo-Bander’s some time back I checked youtube.com <http://youtube.com/> and came across yours. Great video. Thanks. I have a little work to do on mine. I discovered Sunday night while trying to tune up for a QSO with a friend on 3988 that power starts dropping significantly above 3900 and is at zero by 3925…. Plus there is a little carrier balance work needed and the maximum null still yields 10 watts output.
I am impressed with the receiver, stations sound great. My tx audio appeared to sound good on the TS-590 and headphones. I might have to ping you for troubleshooting advice when I dig into it.
