I don't have the FCC callsign checking URL on this new computer, but Summer 2017 Callbook and QRZ dot com show no entry for N5HIZ.  Something's a bit peculiar in this request.

WB5IOB is listed in Winter 1983 and Winter 1985 Call book as William T
Freeland III

I’ll see what I can find for the other years. My call is also a
district 5 and I have recently started compiling links to these books.
