[Boatanchors] Just another hacked ARC5?

No connection to the seller.

Over on eBay there is what looks like
just another ham hacked ARC-5 transmitter.

But on a closer look, it appears to be
one of the SSB modified units described
by W2EWL(I may have the call wrong).

Looks like it is missing the audio phase
shift network and a few tubes.
