Thanks for the tip.  Actually, I do have a capacitor EST tester I bought 
off of Amazon last year.  Nice little digital unit, it's already proven 
to be a good investment.  Thanks to Amazon and the plentiful supplies of 
Chinese test gear at reasonable prices I've been able to set up nice 
test bench that in years past I could only dream about (of course the 
stuff isn't up to HP & Tek standards, but it's good for home use).
