[Boatanchors] cleaning black wrinkle finish

That is what I have always used,  But I take one sheet of paper towel, fold 
it twice, and spray or squirt a generous amount of WD-40 on it.  Then give 
the item a good rub down over all.  Repeat with a second sheet if necessary. 
 Then a rub down with a clean cloth shop towel.  Keeps it looking good for 
at least several weeks.
