[Boatanchors] FTGH: BC-221

I really don't need more than one BC-221, hence this is available for
pickup or you-ship-from-92620:

BC-221, no plates but looks identical to a BC-221-N.
Has the (as far as I know, original) calibration book.
Worked last time I powered it up.

Modifications:
  - antenna connector moved to front panel (nicely done)
  - has power supply
  - lower panel of outer case has switches + light

Condition:
  - shabby, no rust, pretty norrnal
  - plastic cal book cover yellow, distorted, poor shape
